Founded in Bangalore in 2013, The CollectiveProject, led by architects Cyrus Patell and Eliza Higgins, is known for creating architecture that seamlessly blends context, landscape, and materiality. The studio’s portfolio spans bespoke residences, hospitality, and institutional projects, with acclaimed works such as The Courtyard House, The Brick Veil House, and The Grove Residence. Guided by a process-driven approach, Cyrus and Eliza craft spaces that respond thoughtfully to climate, culture, and site, resulting in architecture that is contemporary, timeless, and deeply rooted in its surroundings.
Keynote Spotlight 2 – Rohit Mankar of Architecture BRIO
Rohit Mankar, Associate Partner at Architecture BRIO, brings over two decades of expertise in architecture, technical innovation, and design implementation. A graduate of CEPT Ahmedabad with a master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania, Rohit has shaped projects across the hospitality, residential, and commercial sectors. Before joining Architecture BRIO, he founded Parallax Design Studio, delivering acclaimed work for leading brands including Four Seasons, ITC Hotels, and Radisson, while collaborating with renowned designer Philippe Starck. Alongside practice, he is a visiting faculty member at Kamla Raheja Vidyanidhi Institute of Architecture, where he continues to inspire the next generation of architects through teaching and design mentorship.
