Rajiv Arapurakal is the Co-Founder and Director of Strategy at IBUKU, where he works across design, leadership, wellness, and strategic development. Since joining IBUKU in 2021, he has contributed to projects for clients including Four Seasons, Green School, Bambu Indah, and Elevation Barn. Under the studio’s leadership, IBUKU has received international recognition, including the Architecture MasterPrize, the Institute of Structural Engineers Supreme Award, and a shortlist selection for the Aga Khan Award for Architecture. Alongside his work at IBUKU, Rajiv is a Partner at CEOVision, where he coaches entrepreneurs and foundations on leadership, brand clarity, and transformational strategy. His multidisciplinary background also includes experience as an Internal Medicine physician and an E-RYT 500 certified yoga teacher with over 2,000 teaching hours. Rajiv holds degrees from Johns Hopkins University, Columbia University, and Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.
